[CRAPRS] Area digipeaters

It has not been a good Summer for the area digipeaters.  K0HAM-10 at 
Morse went down with a dead transmitter.  About the same time K0QVF-3 
near Garrison went down, turns out the site was hit by lightening.  Now 
I find out from the land owner, Rick - W0FG, that the tower and building 
were flattened by the storm that went through that area a couple days 
ago and will probably not be replaced.  This site also hosted the Benton 
County repeater.  Also in the past week or so K0HAM-9 at Chelsea went 
down.  I have not gotten over there to see what the problem is.
