[CRAPRS] Lots more APRS packets.

Upon looking at the APRS map, with all the points and objects on it, 
I realize that there was a lot more going on than I first let on, and 
a little more explanation was in order. KB0QCL-7 was the flight 
payload, KD0EWX was chasing to haul more people, and parked along the 
road and walked in to the pasture, and kb0qcl-10 was in the chase 
truck that drove in, so the balloon could anchor its tether line to 
the truck to give rides without fear of it getting away.  On aprs.fi, 
it's a lot of points and lines in a small area.

Lots of APRS traffic was generated in that little horse pasture 
tonight!  And lots of girls and boys (of all ages) will have life 
long memories of their first balloon rides.
