[CRAPRS] aprs igate/digi experiment

Jerry,

I have been running an OpenTracker in KISS mode and UI-View for my igate
for a few months now.  It seems to work just fine and decodes quite well.

My broadband connect is via a Motorola Canopy AP so the latency of this
connection causes many of my reports to be registered too late for aprs-is
to credit me the report.

Until I can get a better antenna installed, I'm just running a 1/4 magnet
mount on the top of my chimney cap.  This is about 15' above average
terrain.  I often gate K0HAM-10 so maybe I should just leave the antenna
the way it is.
