[CRAPRS] Monticello APRS digi

Jerry:  It was nice meeting you last night.  I was thinking, before you
box up the digi and shinny up a 150 foot pole, you should fire it up with
a mobile mag-mount on a fridge or file cabinet for a while.  See how it
works, make sure it's beaconing and that we can pick up the beacon
on findu.
 
I haven't used it since RAGBARI last year, but it looked like it was
digipeating things at last night's meeting.
