I have noticed that digipeater K0KBX-1 has been having problems with the cold temperatures so I replaced the radio and 
TNC there on the way to Vinton on Monday.  I set the radio and TNC out on the deck last night for an hour or so, it was 
about 4 degrees out at the time.  When I fired it up the TNC had problems, radio appeared to be OK.  I figured the 
problem would be in the TNC.  Not sure if I will spent to much time on it as I do have another spare TNC.  So far the 
replacement at K0KBX-1 and the other three digipeaters that are exposed to the cold appear to be surviving the low 
temperatures.
