[CRAPRS] No posting problems

Ron KX9Y pointed out to me an adminstrative function available when a 
posting from an address not subscribed to the list.  All I have to do
is click "ACCEPT" and the address from the posting is permanently allowed
to post.

OK, guys.  Post from anyplace you want; it will be accepted as soon as it
gets clicked on the administrative site.  No problems from that address in
the future.  Go!
