Have you looked at the propagation data?
1. K0QVF-9 seems to be blasting a LOT of traffic, some positon reports
EVERY 60 SECONDS, I don't know if these were cornerpegs or normal. These
could also be digi echos. Many of his reports get echoed by the Wide
type digi K0QVF,Wide1-1, WIDE2*

One other thing, the CXX digi seems to be sending OK, but considering
how many are in close, it seems to have a low received count. It seems
to act more like a "fill-in" digi, not echoing the WIDE2-1 stuff.

3.Check the path for KC0SKM, his traffic makes me wonder what his path
was set to, it is hard to tell if it is KC0SKM-1, WIDE1-1,WIDE2-1
(Correct) or KC0SKM-1,WIDE1,WIDE2-2 (What I think he has, it will cause
echoes, and be problematic)
Just my 2 cents,

Posting from the CRAPRS mailing list:
I'm going to get together with Gregg KC0SKM and see why he doesn't seem
to be
picked up. I'm just going to bring the entire digi over to him, so we
can
watch what is going on.
Ron K0QVF: I'm curious. I've been watching the path for my NQ0V-9 digi
from
Marion, and CXX is picking me up very solid. However, it seems Mark
N0RXD
in Iowa City seems to be the igate that gets in the most. Out of the
last
25 beacons, he gets 20 of 'em. Does he have
a faster bit spigot to the APRS server than you?
