[CRAPRS] Why does ka0ysq and AC0HB Track and not KC0SKM?

I now know why it looked like it was not showing movement.  The links shown below only show the 
last 20 reports.  It looks like you are transmitting once every 60 seconds even when not moving. 
  If you have not moved in the last 20 minutes you will not see movement.  Take a look at 
<http://www.db0anf.de/hamweb/aprsdb/showdata/KC0SKM-1/shmovements?nummovements=99999>.  This 
will show all reports.
